Strategic Plan
In the Spring of 2019, the 果冻APP破解版 engaged a consultant to guide the organization鈥檚 strategic planning process. Over the course of three months, consulting personnel met with agency stakeholders from every quarter, including people served by the 果冻APP破解版, its leadership, its staff and its funders, regulatory bodies and trade associations, as well as its legislators.
Using the Strengths, Opportunities, Aspirations and Results (SOAR) Assessment, these meetings culminated in a set of core values, strengths, and opportunities for improvement from all perspectives. Leadership at all levels of the organization met over the course of several months to determine the 果冻APP破解版鈥檚 top priority areas and arrive at corresponding goals and objectives. The three-year plan will be implemented by agency leadership. We expect this document to live and breathe and change as our operating environment changes.
